ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, key stakeholders, and potential clients, fostering trust and collaboration
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Global market, aligning with the company's overall objectives
- Identify and engage high-potential leads through different marketing campaigns, driving new business opportunities & branding online for online promotions and partnership leads
- Oversee the entire process from lead generation to data management to internal solution usage and understanding
- Represent the company at high-profile industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and position the company as a thought leader
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and gather product feedback for continuous improvement. Facilitate cross-functional communication to optimize sales strategies
- Should be able to sanitize the existing data, along with creating new marketing qualified leads and meet the targets for such leads which further converts in sales qualified leads and enter the sales funnel
- CRM usability, LinkedIn usage & Microsoft solution usage
- Should be able to complete the training and build additional skills for the desired role wherever required through external courses from Udemy
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills along with the business acumen
- Working knowledge of Excel and well versed with designing PowerPoint presentations
- Proactive approach, willing to learn, passionate for sales, team player, eye for detail, quick learner with tenacity and drive to succeed
- Strong planning, coordination, and engagement skills combined with the ability to manage priorities
- Critical thinking, & problem-solving skills
- Individual should be comfortable working with highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C-suite executives in a range of environments
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Preferably someone with known European language (German or French) would be an added advantage.
