KOOK is a meal kit delivery service that sources the best quality ingredients, pre portions them, and ships them to customers in eco-friendly packaging. Our team develops fail-proof recipes to make cooking easy and enjoyable. We believe that cooking is therapeutic and we want to help our customers focus on the joy of cooking by taking care of the rest.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Write creative content for Ads, social media, in-app notifications and Emailer.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule posts that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for content, campaigns, and promotions.
- Knowledge of graphic designing using Canva or Adobe Illustrator would be a bonus.
- Provide support for other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
