Intern - Inside Sales - Education (0-1 yrs)

Position Summary/ Key Responsibility Areas :

- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

- Contact the consumers from the given database and promote the product.

- Understand the customer requirement thoroughly and pitch LearnCab product/service accordingly.

- Meet the daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.

Who can apply :

- Degree/Master Degree holders in any discipline with good fluency in English.

- Responsible for making Service Calls, Sales Calls (Cold Calling), Lead Generation Activity, etc.

- This internship program is for a period of 3 months.

- If we find the intern is passionate and good during his/her engagement with us in 3 months, they will be absorbed for Inside Sales team as permanent on-roll employee.

- The intern's overall performance would be gauged over 3 months engagement with us and if we find he/she is moderate/acceptable but not satisfactory, may continue their internship for further 3 months with mutual agreement.

- The intern not meeting the organisational demands would not be absorbed on full-time roll, however will be provided an experience certificate on completion of internship for the respective engaged months with us.

- The engaged intern would be provided stipend and internship certificate at the end of the successful internship program completion with us.

- The intern must use their personal Laptop and Phone for the work (SIM Card would be provided).

- Willing to explore the E-learning space/ EdTech industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Strong listening and presentation skills.

- Demonstrate ability to learn & adapt.

- Willing to join us on immediate basis.
