Steady Rabbit - Intern - Influencer Outreach & Customer Support (0-1 yrs)
Job Description:
Influencer Outreach:
- Reach out to influencers across various platforms for promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop creative strategies to attract influencers and increase their participation in the program.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer outreach efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer support to TORNO app users, primarily located in America.
- Address user inquiries, concerns, and feedback via email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Work night shifts to accommodate American time zones and provide support during peak hours.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize influencer partnerships and customer support processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with influencers and customers.
- Prior experience in influencer outreach, customer support, or related roles is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts to accommodate American time zones.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
