Intern - Digital Marketing/Growth Hacking - FinTech (2-5 yrs)
A fin-tech start-up looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate to take complete lead of marketing to be done via the digital & social media platform. - Candidate must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to work in a start-up environment and have the potential to deliver.
Roles & responsibilities may not be well defined.
Roles & Responsibilities include :
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, Social Media- Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter etc)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects.
- You could be a graduate/MBA/Dropout, We need achievers
- Hands on experience in SEO (off page & on page)
- Website speed optimisation
- A/B Testing tools
- Funnel optimization
- Across channel - realtime re-marketing
- work on tight deadlines and shoe string budgets.
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media- Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Monitor ROI and KPIs- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager for at least 3 years.
Solid knowledge of media editing softwares
- Experience with visual communication principles
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
