Job Title: Customer Support and Technical Support Interns
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Pay: Rs. 20K+
Job Description:-
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our customer support and technical support team as an intern. This is a 3-month internship, and any undergraduate or postgraduate student can apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers
- Assist customers with product/service inquiries
- Update customer records in the database
- Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
