Job Description :

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the entire customer experience lifecycle and collect relevant data points

2. Create and nurture long-term relationships with customers

3. Resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are delighted

4. Grasp customer needs efficiently and brainstorms ways to fulfill them

5. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

6. Collaborate with internal teams (eg. product, operations, senior management) to address customers' needs

7. Report directly to the CEO

Other requirements:

1. Candidates should have excellent communication skills (Both Hindi & English)

2. Candidates near Powai, Mumbai would be preferred

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
