Position Title: Customer Relations Intern
Summary:
The incumbent will play a key role in taking feedback from our existing customers who are using our mobile app which is available on Play store.
Intern Responsibilities:
The Intern shall be responsible for:
- Follow-up of customer experience and getting feedback on our Neo Life app.
- Answering questions, suggestions, remarks from clients.
- Obtaining and updating customer feedback and other relevant call details in a timely manner.
- Providing an impeccable service to clients in order to retain them.
Escalating issues to supervisors, if any.
- Must keep a record in an excel format of all interactions with the customers for ready reference.
Knowledge, Competency and Skills requirement:
- Effective communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS-Office applications, Word, Excel, PPT etc.
