Intern - Client Relationship Management/Customer Support (0-1 yrs)
Freshers Preferred.
Responsibility :
Assist in Client Onboarding : Support the client onboarding process by collecting necessary information, assisting in paperwork completion, and ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
Client Communication : Engage with clients via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, provide updates, and gather feedback on their experience with our products or services.
Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system, including contact information, communication history, and any relevant notes or preferences.
Issue Resolution : Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Client Feedback Analysis : Collect and analyse client feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the overall client experience.
Documentation and Reporting : Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills :
- Basic Operational work relating to Mutual Funds and insurance.
- Project work to be completed within a specified date.
- Project work related to Data, KYC, and non-Financial Transactions.
- Analyzing the Data and working on completing the Regulatory requirement.
