Roles & Responsibilities :
- Market research to identify potential clients to establish partnership for internship & job placement.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualifies, prospective clients.
- Ability to convert leads to customers.
- Generate leads through sites like Shine.com, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the number of Job Description for the day.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualification :
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
