Our client is a company that operates in the fields of AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction), IT technology, engineering consulting, website development, training, and human resources. They have a presence in multiple virtual centers in India. Our client also offers direct and TPC manpower services for AEC projects, website development services for businesses, and online training worldwide through their Android application. They provide both online and offline professional trainings using MS Teams and Zoom. Our client serves as a valuable business solution partner, offering growth opportunities for your company.

The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Getting Involved in the sales process by making cold calls, setting up meetings and following up on leads.

- Identifying and acting on opportunities for improvement and growth.

- Monitoring competitors' products, including relevant business development data.

- Reporting relevant findings from the strategies implemented and get them approved by the company's senior management.

- Supporting the creation and promotion of new ideas.

- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.

Ideal Candidate :

- Freshers ideally in Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Digital Marketing or Sales (B2C) within Professional Services industry.

- Experience within would be a strong advantage.

- Experience within Consumer and Professional Services would be a strong advantage.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills in -both English and Hindi to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.

- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.

- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
