Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

- Identify and source potential leads through online research, networking, and social media channels.

- Perform market analysis and research on the competition.

Communication and Relationship Building:

- Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating networking events, webinars, and workshops.

Marketing and Campaign Management:

- Support the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns.

- Collaborate in developing marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.

CRM Management:

- Update and manage client information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Assist in maintaining a detailed and organized database of contacts, leads, and client interactions.

Sales Support:

- Support the sales team in creating and managing proposal components.

- Assist in developing pitches and presenting to potential clients.

Market Research:

- Analyze industry trends and customer needs to identify new market opportunities.

- Provide insights into customer preferences and competitive market findings.

Content Development:

- Assist in creating content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.

- Participate in content strategy development to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Skills:

- Solid understanding of basic marketing and sales principles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
