Intenim Technologies - Customer Support Role (1-2 yrs)
Job description :
- The role of an Officer at Partner Support team requires the individual to respond to emails, make out bound calls and address vendors concerns in a timely manner. Help Partners in their day to day queries, requests and resolve complaints. Work with all internal team members and POCs of other departments to resolve Partner's concerns on time and enhance Partner Experience.
- Take ownership of the tasks and work on proactively resolving issues.
- Do complete RCA of issues and highlight to concerned departments if there are any gaps in the process.
- Make continuous effort to improve First time resolution by contributing to all process improvement initiatives.
- Collect intelligence on vendor issue and proactively suggest improvements to eliminate them. Role may also require the individual to update and maintain databases and generation of reports.
- Other responsibilities would be to train Partners over the phone or any online training tool.

Skill requirements :
- Good oral and written skills in English
- Ability to speak Hindi fluently
- Exposure and awareness of all MS office applications
- Good Excel skills (should know how to apply Pivot, Vlook up, Basic Excel formulas- Sum,Average)
- Candidate must have minimum of 12 months experience from an International BPO or in any relevant industry. They should have worked in an inbound environment and must have some amount of exposure to email / or chat.
- Educational qualification.
- Candidate must be a graduate.
Other expectations :
- Candidate must be willing to work on 6days working .

Shift timings : 10:am to 7:pm
Working days : Monday to Saturday
