Team Lead- Inside Sales :

Leadership :


- Minimum 5+ years of team handling experience should be there.


- Should have handled 10-15 team members.

Job Profile :


- Answer customer queries regarding Intellipaat Courses we offer and convert them into sales.

- Generate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships and positioning our courses Should have fair exposure to CRM Responsible for improving business sales by collaboration, market analysis, and competitor analysis Should be good in up & cross-selling Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of the existing product.

- Regular follow up with new and existing customers.

- Willing to work in either in US shift or UK shift. Should have good communication skills. Desired Skills 8+ years of experience in Inside sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets.

- Consistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly), preferably from the Education industry background. Experience in selling software products/services in the past preferred.

- The successful candidate will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence with attention to detail. Candidates with BE, B.sc, BCA, BBA, B.com with MBA will be preferred.


Compensation : As per industrial standard
