About the Position :
- Placement Officer is primary contact point of the companies who are hiring, and they are responsible for creating opportunities through lead generation via Phone & Email Campaigns.
- They are the face of the company. They need to meet clients/companies/MNCs to understand the requirements/openings.
Responsibility :
- Search for relevant openings and reach out to companies to tie up with Intellipaat.
- Present Intellipaat company profile to the corporate.
- Regularly following up with companies about available openings and maintaining good will with them.
- To correspond to prospective companies for interview date and schedule of interview.
Essential Skill Set (Must Have):
- Clear understanding of the business development process preferably in consultancies or major recruitment firms, with experience in handling the complete cycle from prospecting, to tie up with the company
- Excellent Communication Skills: Oral and Written
- Prior experience in generating leads through research and networking/cold calling.
- Prior experience in working in Consultancies and recruitment firm.
- Prior experience in handling corporate relation.
- Strong work ethics and target oriented.
