Intellemo - Executive - Sales/Telecalling (0-1 yrs)
A Sales Executive or Tele Caller would handle the Inbound & Outbound Calls of the Customers for the clients of Intellemo. He/She would be responsible for driving higher Sales for clients of Intellemo.
Job Skills :
- Must be well versed in English and Hindi Speaking for a qualitative communication with the customers.
- Calling customers, understanding their queries and qualifying them according to the relevancy and qualitative metrics outlined for the product.
- Ability to Satisfy customer issues and resolving them with confidence.
- Ability to learn fast and remember various products & their features to be able to explain to the customers properly.
- Aptitude to understand the processes of the organisation and workflows of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho or FreshSales.
- Ability to handle tough situations with a customer and answer with humility. Good humour to lighten the mood in tough situations will be a bonus.
- High emotional intelligence to remain calm and maintain composure at all times.
