Skills :

- Experience in generating revenue by converting leads of business loans from various digital channels.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in working with a financial institution (preferably unsecured business loan sector)

- Quick thinker who can take strategic decisions to implement systematic solutions and achieve maximum operational efficiency.

- Strong organizational skills, knowledge and practical experience of performance management, workforce planning.

Job Description:

- Working closely with Marketing team to convert the leads generated through various digital platforms.

- Set up efficient process with internal marketing team, external call centre agencies and Regional Sales Manager to drive sales from all digital channels.

- Ensuring that the CRM for converting leads is efficient and executing changes in the same for further improvement.

- Efficiently handling agency based upon factors like daily call status, conversions, schedules, call recordings, etc.

- Regularly communicate progress, status, issues and resolutions to key stakeholders and management

- Create a programme of simplification that makes our service less complex, easier to run and execute.

Key Performance Indicators :

- Achieving sales targets through leads generated from various digital platforms

- Monitor, track and evaluate overall performance of call center agency to meet calling targets of the team, maximize conversion rate of leads and manage entire cycle of loan processing from sourcing, sanctioning, disbursement to repayment tracking.

- Assessments of the productivity reports & performance measurements of call centre agency as per the service level agreement.
