Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including both on-page and off-page optimization techniques.

- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential opportunities and target relevant search queries.

- Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata to improve search engine visibility and user experience.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and designers (internally as well as with external vendors), to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital presence.

- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that could impact search engine rankings and website usability.

- Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in our SEO strategies.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the SEO team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster professional growth.

- Track and report on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, to demonstrate the impact of your efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings.

- Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SEO and digital marketing.
