Education : Preferably Electronics/Electrical Engineering would be added advantage or a regular graduate degree
Responsibility :
- Experience in working with senior level Architects and Interior Designers, building relations with them and driving business through their influence.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Local language, Effective communicator with a pleasant personality with a high degree of integrity, Passion and motivation for sales.
- Sales Strategy and Tactics, Excellent Communication Skills, Impressive presentation skills, Very good at Building an effective and long-lasting relationship, Very well at managing the sales cycle.
- Design and organize local promotional strategies through participation in exhibitions/fairs/stockiest meetings/electrician meets/architects and interior designer meets, etc.
- Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally.
- Must ensure long term relationship with all customer's continuously through personal meetings and assist them with required services.
- To attend field meetings punctually and regularly as per the Customer requirement
- Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success of campaigns.
- Expertise in B2C & B2B sales for the electrical, electronics and similar industry.
- In the absence of accountable person the reporting manager can take the decision
