Sales Manager - India (Software Sales Division)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The incumbent will be responsible for handling Intech's suite of software products for the Additive Manufacturing (AM) digital chain.

- Must achieve planned targets for the Indian market.

- Prepare, and present sales forecasts, sales tracking, MIS reports to Management.

- Draft custom proposals outlining solutions that deliver potential savings in time, effort, and cost.

- Work with the marketing team to give insights on the product positioning, USPs and customer segments to develop the necessary collateral and case studies.

- Identify customer pain points related to design through manufacturing workflows.

- Provide inputs to the software team on customer feedback and product performance to help develop new features and evolve the product roadmap.

- Work with internal Application Engineers to qualify customer benchmarks and proof of concepts.

Candidate profile :

- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engg/Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering. MBA marketing will be an added advantage.

- 10 to 15 years of experience in selling/business development of - CAD/CAM/CAE/3D Printing solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in software sales and meeting set sales targets.

- Direct sales experience in enterprise accounts for these verticals - Defence/Aerospace/Oil & Gas/Automotive/Academia.

- Experience in working with channels will be an added advantage.

- Should be familiar with, and have successfully navigated, the tendering process while making sales.

- Strong strategic planning, target segment identification, lead generation, and deal-making/closing skills are required.

- Experience in prospecting through LinkedIn.

- Ability to formulate deals for various application verticals and sectors.

- Innovative, aggressive, with attention to detail in assigned responsibilities.

- Should have excellent presentation and communication skills (written and spoken).

- Knowledge of Additive Manufacturing technologies, 3D printing hardware and software desirable.

Intech's Software Division :

- Intech's software division works independently of its hardware division. The software portfolio aims to expand the ecosystem for metal additive manufacturing in the industry with a current focus on Laser Powder Bed Fusion Metal 3D Printing. The software products are LPBF machine agnostic.
