- Ability to quickly grasp communication briefs and the target audience - and craft the right copy in each case.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time well, to work and complete multiple tasks, deliver projects on time.
Great to have :
- Having graphic/web design skills a definite plus.
- Having video creation skills a definite plus.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
- Work experience with a software product, or in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus.
- Write engaging content for multiple channels - including but not restricted to social media and blog posts, newsletters, reports, and white papers, the company website, landing pages, brochures, sales collateral, ad copy, video scripts.
- Work under the direction of the Marketing Head with the Product Development, Engineering/Design, Sales/Business teams as well as Management, to understand marketing communication requirements.
- Generate compelling content ideas by interacting across different teams. Suggest the right communication strategy to meet specific business objectives.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical, non-technical, and inbound marketing documents and collateral.
- Develop a content calendar. Ensure deadlines are met.
- Gauge the effectiveness of various communication initiatives based on analytics. Make changes as required.
