Qualification :- BE/Btech (Automobile or Mechanical)

Years of Experience :- 5+ years of expereince into Oem sales

Job Location :- AP & Telangana (Will be based in Hyderabad location), Tamilnadu & Kerala (Will be based in Chennai location) & WB & OD (Will be based in Kolkata location)

Skills required : Automobile Knowledge (Commercial Vehicles), High Volume Sales Skills,OEM (Truck/Bus) experience is must.

Job Profile :

- Business Development in the respective sales territory. Building Strong Sales Pipeline with minimum 3 meetings everyday & around 50 meetings in a month which is a mix of new & existing customers

- Converting cold leads into warm and warm into hot leads. Conversion of hot leads into business. Maintain a conversion ratio of 30% from cold leads to business

- Identify new business opportunities with relationship of state level transport associations (Bus, Truck, Trailers & Special Application Vehicles) & Mahindra Dealerships

- Minimum 30% of the sales target achievement should come from new customers

- Minimum 50% Subscription renewals should come from existing customers

- Meet individual sales target of 100 devices per month + 50 devices per month for each Sales Manager in the team. Propose state wise/ territory wise monthly & quarterly sales plan on 3rd of every month

- Develop sales team with him in the respective sales territory. Minimum 3 nos of Sales Managers

- Maintain the customer retention & customer satisfaction with close working with Account Management and other - support teams like Deployment and Command Center

- Extensive (80%) traveling in the territory to meet the team members, customers and closing the bulk deals. Must have own vehicle (2 wheeler) for local commute

- Maintain the territory target on quarterly basis, budgeting & team performance monitoring

- Team Retention, Feedback, Guidance, Work Monitoring & Review, Training

- Competitor Analysis. SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity & Threat) Analysis of Competitor

- Demand Anticipation in market and plan monthly & quarterly sales projections

- Meet all promises and commitments made to customers at the time of sale. Build relationship with key members of the customers

- Support other region sales. Identify territorial hiring needs (Sales Managers, Deployment & Account Managers)

- Identifying critical problems slowing down sales. Identifying & Suggesting new feature requests which will boost sales. Suggest possible partnerships with technical partners.

- Escalate a problematic customer to reporting manager whenever necessary

- Contribute towards achieving overall organizational target, Vision & Mission

- Practicing and promoting company culture and values

- Follow Company Systems & policies
