Job Description of Sales Professionals:
- Reports to the MD and is on the field in the given territory.
- Develop business for SYSTECH's range of products in the given territory and hit periodical targets.
- Manage two pronged business development model including channel partnership and Direct marketing to businesses.
- Develop strong channel partners for the regions by identifying right partner, training, sales & product enablement, motivation, lead protection and helping in closing.
- Prospect the market for potential customers & partners using methods outlined by the company.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel of leads and partner funnel in various stages.
- Engage the prospects and generate interest by clearly identifying their pain areas and pitching the solution accordingly.
- Effectively communicate the product brand value and marketing message about how the customer benefits.
- Gain thorough and complete knowledge of the products in order to give demos, training, clarifications and objections.
- Understand prospects- buying behaviour and prepare deal clinching customized proposals.
- Keep updated on competitive index and fully equipped to counter any competition.
- Maintain all documentation and requisite reporting to the management
