Intandemly - Executive - Inside Sales (0-3 yrs)
What are we looking for?
Passionate, ambitious, self-motivated and result-driven sales enthusiast. Good communication skill with multilinguistic capability will be a plus. This is a full time sales role with attractive reward/incentive packages and career path would be linked to performance leading to leadership position with team management responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive and grow revenue from allocated customer base;
- Acquire new customer through telecalling and secondary research; nurture and generate revenue from them
- Register and engage customer base for online trainings, workshops, consultation programs
- Maintain and report MIS(Sales report) of daily customer interactions and follow through.
KEY RESULT AREAS :
- % Achievement of Sales plan - % growth of business - MOM/QOQ/YOY - per customer /per territory - # New customer acquisition and % conversion
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :
- Minimum 0-3 Years of relevant sales experience
- Industry relevance would be a plus
- Good communication skills
- Multiple Linguistic capabilities will be a plus.
