Job Responsibilities:

Graduate with proven working experience in digital marketing.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Handling & guiding a team of email marketing executives and trainees.

Training the team in order to improve overall performance of operations.

Bulk data extraction & verification using various tools for provided segments and verticals.

Responsible for creating email marketing campaigns to promote a product or service.

Inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for the company.

Increase lead base & consequently generation.

Good knowledge of running International email marketing campaigns.

Knowledge to improve inbox delivery.

Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements.

Must have knowledge of getting inbox placement of Gmail/Yahoo.

Optimize metrics like opens, click through and bounce rates.

Generate new leads from the region(s)/territories and contribute to revenue generation.

Achieve assigned targets timely.

Analytics & Reporting.

Develop the theme of each email campaign and Plan Newsletter Calendar to achieve or exceed assigned goal.

Work with team in building email campaigns, database selection, HTML presentation and quality assurance of all email campaigns.

Performs day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.

Responsible to continuous improvement of the email development / deployment process including maximizing dynamic content, targeting, professionalization, template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Analyze results from e-mail marketing campaigns and use insights to develop future strategies.

Continually monitor industry best practices and compliance around permission-based marketing, privacy, and spam regulation.

Develop and analyze key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting revenue and performance goals.
