- Working with the internal teams.
- Ensure queries are dealt in accordance with the industry practices.
- Maintaining Quality and Customer service standards.
- Handling & resolving customer grievances in coordination with channel partners.
- Maintaining proper documentation of complaints and grievances.
- Calculation, monitoring & controlling fatal errors, talk-time & agent productivity.
