Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to lead our Growth team. This position will be responsible to develop business expansion roadmap and launch Insurance Product in New cities and districts across India.
Educational Qualifications:-B.Com in Commerce
Job Responsibilities: Strategize and Develop blue-print for launching & rapidly scaling new cities/districts for PoSP Business
- Launch, Build and Handover the city / district to Zonal Team for expanding the business
- Hire & Train team. Coach and review them to extract great performance
- Create Brand-awareness thru- Digital, ATL & BTL activities.
-Design and implement SOPs, policies, and practices so as to achieve the business goals and ensure regional hubs adhere to company-wide laid down rules and guidelines
-Gather market intelligence regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate local product roadmap
Skills Required : Team Management, Problem Solving
Candidate Attributes :
- Overall experience of 5-7 years with strong hands-on experience
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment, and to maintain demanding timelines
- Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders
- Strong Relationship & People Management Skills
- Passion to explore in a rapidly scaling startup environment with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in handling high volume transactions & dealing with multiple stakeholders
