Job Summary:

As an Assistant Manager - B2B Sales, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our market reach within the B2B sector. Your primary focus will be to cultivate and nurture strong, enduring relationships with business clients, understanding their needs, and delivering custom solutions that perfectly align with their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize and implement B2B sales initiatives to surpass sales goals.

- Proactively identify and engage potential business clients, establishing a robust client base.

- Foster and maintain durable, meaningful client relationships.

- Analyse client requirements to propose solutions and support.

- Skilfully negotiate and conclude orders, optimizing profitability.

- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders like builders, corporates, MFIs, and industries to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities.

- Stay update of product innovations, ensuring clients are informed of our latest advancements.

- Regularly provide sales forecasts and comprehensive reports to the management team.

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in the consumer appliances sector.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal prowess.

- A deep understanding of the Indian consumer appliances market and its evolving dynamics.

- An ability to autonomously navigate tasks as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

- A readiness to travel as necessitated by the role.
