- Sales Planning and achievement of targets.
- Institutional / Corporate Sales
- Promoting Business Development activities to maximize the Sales efforts
- Generate and Convert Leads to Prospects
- To have zero claims due to negligence of cargo handling while receiving or delivering cargo.
- Set objectives per product in tune with the goals of the organization.
- Cost control
- MIS report on volumes and GPs to be provided to management on a monthly basis and analysis of the same vis-a-vis market & budgets.
- Increase in new business -express cargo
