Institutional Manager - Sales (5-8 yrs)

The Institutional Sales Manager is expected to drive the business development initiatives and create business development strategies that will build the Asset Management Company's brand, leading to increased awareness and fundraising among our target audience institutions, corporates, family offices, ultra HNIs, etc.

Position Responsibilities : 

- Help the Institutional Sales desk and help in raising AUM for various fund schemes.

- Creation and Implementation of business development strategies to raise AUM for the AMC by reaching out to new clients i.e. HNI, UNHW, Corporates, Institutional investors etc.

- Relationship management for existing clients of the organization and endeavour to increase investments from them.

- Strategizing and executing plans to tap on to international clients, family offices, NRIs, HNIs and institutional clients.

- Strategize growth and maintenance of distribution partner network.

- Implement measurable strategies to drive hard revenue goals, increase domestic and global awareness, web presence, brand building.

- Stakeholders communication strategies to educate and inform current supporters and distribution network of current activities and accomplishments to garner more support over time.

Required Skills : 

- Fluent in both written and spoken English

- Maturity to handle students and aspirants with work experience

- Good analytical skills

- Ability to work within a team and under tight deadlines

- Committed to delivering the highest quality work product; strong attention to detail

- Proactive; self-motivated and goal-oriented

- Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks

- Strong organizational and communication skills given the need to manage effectively in oral and written form with colleagues, supervisors, limited partners, deal teams, and vendors

Required Competencies : 

- Understanding of hedge fund operations and financial markets.

- Good experience in liaising with professional external clients and regulators

- Excellent comprehension of investment vehicles and the ability to gather and interpret business development strategies from various sources

- Excellent understanding of regulatory environment.

Educational Qualification : UG or Post Graduate degree in a relevant discipline

Experience :
 
5-7 years max. of relevant Business Development/Institutional Sales experience with Finance, Investment, Banking or an Institutional Firm

Reporting to : Chief Executive Officer (CEO); Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Location : Mumbai

Will be required to travel across India and outside India as per requirements
