Growth Generalist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Growth Generalist who is passionate about driving growth and engagement through innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a problem-solving mindset, a knack for experimentation, and a track record of success in increasing outreach and engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Utilize a problem-solver approach and implement growth hacking strategies to experiment and increase outreach/engagement with our existing network.

- Demonstrate proficient Excel skills to analyze data and derive insights to inform growth strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to scale up the top funnel, and increase engagement, and outreach to elite campus audiences.

- Manage campaigns and assist in various growth activities to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a growth-oriented role.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing growth strategies and driving results.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and experimental mindset.

- Experience in arranging or managing college fests/events/workshops with a good number of attendees.

- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
