InstaSafe - Inside Sales Representative (5-8 yrs)

What the role is :

The Quota Carrying Inside Sales Representative will identify business opportunities by developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers in order to increase interest and qualify leads for the Field Sales team. He/She will have a keen understanding of ParaBlu's product offerings, and the ability to close smaller deals while communicating our value to the end customer. As an ISR, he / she will own everything to do with generating new qualified leads into our sales pipeline: strategy, planning, and making it happen. He/ She will have input into and be expected to deploy a creative mix of outbound sales methodologies and tactics. He/She will own specific activity targets and qualified lead generation goals; he/she will help us determine reporting to the rest of the organization on our progress; and he/she will explore and recommend new creative outbound sales channels to drive sales. This role reports into VP of Sales in Bangalore.

What your Responsibilities will be :

1. Create, plan and execute outbound sales campaigns focused on lead generation, qualification and building a sales pipeline for the Field Sales Managers via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods

2. Utilize all social and professional channels to research and engage with prospects

3. Intensive phone and email activity is expected and you will be creating your own conversations with our target audience about their knowledge sharing needs and challenges.

4. Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments for the Field Sales team

5. Follow up with each Field Sales Manager, post meeting. Determine result of respective meeting, and follow up appropriately to close the loop

6. Work closely with VADs, Sis, Resellers

7. Document prospect conversations and updates in the system with clear, concise notes

8. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with agreed plan.

9. Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives.

10. Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in the system, producing regular activity reports as requested by the reporting manager.

11. Participate in Weekly cadence calls

12. Drive and close smaller deals independently ($10K and under)

Expected skills/Experience :

1. Motivated, competitive individual with a strong aptitude for learning technology

2. Met or exceeded quota in a similar outbound sales role

3. Ability to comprehend the ParaBlu product line and to communicate our value proposition to prospects

4. Knowledge of commonly used Sales and solution selling concepts, practices, policies and procedures.

5. Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally

6. Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting

7. Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close smaller deals

8. Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team

9. Strong Internet research skills required

10. Excellent Phone, presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

11. Highly organized and attentive to detail

12. Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities

13. Ability to handle a fast paced environment and challenging workload

14. Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed

15. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

16. 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with solid sales track record

17. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in related field
