InstaOffice - Associate - Sales (1-4 yrs)

Job Purpose: The Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth flow of the sales process - i.e. identifying leads, arranging meetings, finding the solution from InstaOffice's services which best fit the prospect's needs, finalizing and getting agreements signed. It is the Sales Associate's constant, persistent and effective efforts that drive profits of the company and help cater best to the prospect's needs - taking the first step towards giving them a happy experience in our spaces.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage the sales process from lead/inquiry development, schedule sales tours, marketing and selling of all product lines, negotiating and closing deals with prospective customers

- Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers including follow-up calls to qualify and close business in line with company policy and pricing guidelines.

- Collect, generate, and track customer inquiries.

- Accurately and efficiently deal with all sales inquiries in a timely manner and record in the relevant CRM system.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve sales and marketing efforts.

- Be responsible for generating new leads by maintaining relationships with the broker network.

- Follow up with active leads and achieving sales targets

- Ideate and implement strategies to expand the partner network and generate more referrals and leads.

- Actively cross-sell InstaOffice products and services.

Skills

- Excellent communication skills both oral and written

- Experience in working with Sales CRM / technology tools

- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
