RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage & execute on-site and off-site marketing for all product segments in all targeted regions - technical & logical SEO.

- Understand business objectives to the core and layout of actionable SEO strategies for achieving business goals.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams across functions to drive KPIs, performance metrics and strategies.

- Enhancing the customer journey to increase traffic & conversions through SEO.

- Proposing and working on SEO linked content revamps for assigned projects.

- Analyzing traffic and customer data to create meaningful SEO insights for the entire marketing team.

- Collaborating with development and the design team to streamline on-site website changes and other relevant marketing initiatives.

- Tracking conversion rates on the website, optimize and help build strategic SEO landing pages for traction.

- Using Google Analytics & Mixpanel to monitor and assess performance.

- Serving as an in-house SEO expert and taking ownership of the whole segment.

REQUISITE SKILLS :

- 5+ yrs experience in driving SEO efforts for organizations across different industries.

- Advanced understanding of Search Engine Algorithms and updates; Must have a balanced mix of technical & logical SEO

- Hands on experience of off-site and on-site SEO, content linked SEO

- Should have a strong understanding of data analytics and tracking mechanism using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to understand and analyze key ROI drivers for business, positive & negative movers and act upon the same.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven the atmosphere.

- Self-driven & motivated to deliver results.
