InstaFiling is a high-growth startup company that has scaled from a two-member team to a 14-member team in six months of operations. We enable ease of doing business in India for SMEs by providing them assistance and a real-time view of their business's legal compliance. We have added 200+ Clients in the last six months, and we plan to scale to more than 1000 clients by this fiscal end.
About The Role
We are looking for dynamic people with the fire to make and break things, people who can build mind-boggling strategies and lead their execution; champion the customer success role, understand the needs of the end consumers and help them with the right products, all together with building an exceptional relationship with all our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Someone who's good-humored, intellectual & street smart
- Identify new potential Enterprises and maintain the relationships among the existing clients
- Act as a strategic advisor on marketing, lead generation, and brand development
- Regularly manage client timelines and priorities to ensure monthly, and annual goals are met and exceeded
- Identify opportunities to enhance our businesses and grow our revenue with existing clients
- Arrange for after-sale-services and remove the problems of clients
