Description :

We are looking for candidates who are resilient, empathic to work as a business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential Clients/Customers. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with Clients and Customers, from first contact until you close the deal.

You will also ensure proper after-sales service.

Requirements :

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

2. Ability to deliver engaging presentations

3. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

4. Contact potential clients through cold calls

5. Present our company to potential clients

6. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

7. Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

8. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

9. Meet the requirements of the companies sales targets

10. Familiarise with the companies CRM software

Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts)

11. Maintain Daily reports

12. Understanding of sales performance metrics
