Insta-Policy Insurance Broking - Manager - Sales (4-8 yrs)
- Sales of Life & Heath Insurance products through direct or else by recruiting Point of Sales (POS) / Advisors.
- Identify, communicate and agree on the premium targets with POS.
- Maximize mobilization through regular follow- ups & strengthening of relationships with Client/ Advisors.
- Conduct daily sales calling with prospective advisors and identify their needs.
- Provide and develop solutions and suggest plans to advisors on the basis of their requirements and goals.
- Ensure regular connect with pending leads/references.
- Keep updating on all products and solutions by regularly attending training and reading.
