Research : Constantly learn the cutting-edge marketing practices in the industry, and figure out how they can be brought to our current Clients.

Marketing Psychology : Create Marketing psychology for the Product and ensuring that the entire product is in alignment with the Marketing Strategy.

Product Marketing : Responsible for increasing company revenue from the success of the Client Marketing.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, an exceptional team player and able to handle tight deadlines, fast execution while being detailed-oriented.

- Each product/event/promo etc.

- Excellent time management and project management skills.

- Identify the audiences that are the intended - understand the buyer's journey persona for Analyse the industry to identify best practices in the marketplace to drive innovation in production and storytelling.

- Work across teams to create and execute content campaigns that meet business objectives.

- Assure that the assets follow the company standards of quality and guidelines.

- Focus on aligning content production and marketing to the overall brand values, style, design, tone etc of the company.

- Managing company and client expectations

- Researching market and industry trends

- Brainstorming with business development team to create new project strategie

- Responsible for identifying new business, opportunities to explore the possibilities of expanding the channel by appointing maximum clients in consultation with immediate superior.

- Resolving client & customers' grievances with proper communication and personal interaction.

- Candidate have sound knowledge of Marketing/sales.

- Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients

- Reviewing time frames and budgets

- Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly

- Creating sales pitches

- Executing sales objectives

- Knowledge of digital marketing and media marketing

- Finding and following new sales leads

- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients

- Attending networking events

- Negotiating sales contracts

- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers

- Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data

- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results

- Motivating team members to exceed expected goals

- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty

- Maintaining excellent relationship with institutions and motivating them for build up their confidence in respect of business.

- Handling clients grievances very carefully from front end and resolving out within a time frame.
