Customer Support Analyst

About Us:

The $36.2 trillion residential real estate space is undergoing a once-in-a-lifetime transformation, and we are excited to play our role. Our solutions connect Lenders, Title companies, and other real estate professionals with homeowners- associations (HOAs) to speed up transactions so buyers can more quickly move into their dream homes.

- We have already found a strong product-market fit and have secured a solid capital investment to scale our operations. We are looking for talented people who enjoy building impactful technology to join our team.

- Our team is fully remote and based in the US, EU, and India.

What will you do ?

- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

- Generate sales leads

- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

- Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements :

- The candidate should have excellent English Communication.

- Available for working at US Shift

- Should be result-oriented.

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- High school diploma
