What will you do ?

- The Client Service Analyst is a vital link between clients and the organization, utilizing effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. It is a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This multifaceted role involves :

Client Support : Provide prompt and efficient support to clients via email, phone, and other communication channels. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams, and ensuring timely resolution.

Client Feedback : Gather and relay client feedback to the relevant departments to drive improvements in our products and services.

Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and issues in our Workflow system.

Collaboration : Collaborate with operations teams to ensure clients' needs are met.

Query Resolution : Responsibly addressing client inquiries and concerns through the Workflow portal, providing prompt and accurate solutions.

Effective Communication : Demonstrating exceptional email communication skills, ensuring timely responses with clarity and professionalism to maintain client satisfaction and meet deadlines of property orders.

- Serving as a crucial link between the operations team and the client, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.

Problem Resolution : Handling complex issues via phone calls, employing problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Client Relationship Building : Leveraging excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong client relationships, which are essential for long-term business success. (Like how Nana make sure she is taking care of new trial clients on a personal level by understanding the requirement)

Timely Follow-up : Consistently following up on client concerns and tracking their resolution, emphasizing quick turnaround times to maintain client trust and satisfaction.

- In this role, a Client Service Analyst plays a vital part in enhancing client experience, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining operational efficiency.

We are looking for :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.

- Previous experience in client service or support roles is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
