InsideIIM - Manager - Social Media (2-4 yrs)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Grow the follower base across all social media platforms
- Research new social media trends and hashtags.
- Use analytics tools to gauge the success of posts and campaigns.
- Create content for several social media platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager (at least 2-2.5 years)
- Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
- Strong written communication skills
