Role And Responsibilities :


- Creating and executing a strong digital and performance marketing strategy & execution plan

- Identify and implement innovative SEO strategies including intense keyword research that helps to optimize the content and results.

- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels

- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.

- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with internal performance goals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize users and optimize the user experience on the platform.

- Use multiple platforms for lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

- Think and ideate digital design, content and copywriting in coordination with internal stakeholders.

- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

Qualifications And Education Requirements :


- Min of 2 years of work exp working on Digital -Performance marketing

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Fluency in Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.

- Knowledge of ON-Page/OFF-Page/Technical SEO is a must.

- Knowledge of building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.

- Experience working on SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook ads, and Google ads.

- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

- Experience working on email marketing tools (Mailchimp preferred).

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).

- Good communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving/analytic skills.

- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done.
