Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Acquiring current MBA students on InsideIIM.com and Kampus App, and engaging with them will be of the highest priority. For that content is not the only route we are taking - it will be a mix of content properties, activities on the app, new tools and features, competitions, outreach with B-School clubs and committees.


- The biggest pro of working on this role is you- d be donning multiple hats, and the onus of an exponential learning curve is on you. 


- We don't want you to be a Jack of all Trades, but the Master of All Trades here. Be it marketing, strategy, analysis, product, or operations - you'll get a flavour of all!

Here are the things which you will be working on:

Kampus App - Quiz, Polls, Live Projects and Competitions:

A large part of the polls, quizzes and competitions will be through the clients who sign up for our services. You will also be responsible for coming up with in-house polls, quizzes and competitions.

InsideIIM.com - Content Properties

- Developing monthly content properties that will help in engaging with the users. You'll need to monitor the performance of the articles, videos or podcasts on a daily basis, and come up with recommendations on what else needs to be, what properties should be discarded.

Client Properties:

- We work with some of the biggest brands in the country, and we work on their digital employer branding and engagement with MBA students. You'll be solely responsible for the success of the client properties (sponsored quizzes, quizzes, competitions, etc.)

InsideIIM and Kampus App - Outreach

- You're required to reach out to B-School clubs and committees for distribution, outreach, and building relations with them in general.

- We will prefer students who are pursuing their bachelors in Marketing, but we are open to other teams as well.

- The stipend per month will be INR 10,000/- and the person will need to work for at least 7 hours a day.
