Job Brief : We are looking for a competitive Inside Sales Representatives. The candidate must be comfortable making calls per day, generating leads & interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Job Description :
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- To generate Subscriptions through various communication mediums viz Telecalling & Emailing.
- To execute various promotional activities to generate subscriptions
- To service the customer request & queries & complaints through call/ mail/ SMS.
- To maintain proper record & reports of tasks done.
- To contribute & share new ideas to increase customer delight.
- To develop & try new avenues to mobilise subscriptions.
- Excellent computer skills - Windows- based (MS Office) systems
- To attend events & expo's to generate subscriptions.
