Inside Sales/Telecalling Role - BPO (0-5 yrs)
1. Daily B2B 80 calls per day and Set up initial meetings.
2. Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
3. Research accounts identify key players and generate interest.
4. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
5. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
6. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
7. Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
8. Regular follow ups
