Inside Sales/Tele-Marketing Role - IT (1-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Reaching out to the customers (B2B) and pitch in for the product. 


- Should be able to handle the objections that are coming out from the customers and successfully sell the software.

- Would be responsible for generating and converting leads into sales.

- Meet KPIs and hit targets consistently

- Work with no supervision and be independent taking your own initiative to find and close sales.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have good communication skills

- Should have good convincing skills & Objection Handling. -Proven track record in sales within B2B market

- Cold calling process and objection handling skills.

- Be a Fast Learner and a Team Player with outgoing confident attitude.

- Sales experience, and be familiar with dealing with B2B campaigns.

 - Be able to communicate at all levels and have a keen eye on the deliverable.

Company Profile :

We are a 4-year-old startup funded by Mumbai Angels, Singapore Angels, Neotia Group. We are a software product development company working for Hotel Industry. We have more than 1000 Hotels as our customer which are present across India. We have major customers in Himachal, West Bengal, Odisha. Some of our tourism departments clients are Odisha Tourism, Kerala Tourism, Andhra Tourism and Karnataka Tourism. We are expanding our team size to acquire more clients. Now we are planning to go overseas in few months.
