Inside Sales Specialist - Recruitment (1-5 yrs)

Role - Inside Sales - BD + Presales

(work from office @ Noida)

This is a Top of the Funnel Role, which will be responsible for generating potential business leads for our Recruitment & Staffing business. You will be working with Laksh leadership closely in this role and be on fast track for growth if you perform well.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Prospecting - Market Research to identify Potential Recruitment & staffing Clients

Qualifying - Filtering out the leads where Laksh capabilities are not a good fit

Meeting scheduling - Setting up Meetings with Clients with Laksh Leadership

Pitch & Proposal Development - Customizing our pitch for the clients, and then reach out to them over mail or phone.

Relationship building - Staying in touch with prospective customers and buildinga bond over time

Leads Management

Who we think will be perfect for this role.

You must have experience of working for a similar role, must be curious, hungry and a great communicator. You must be comfortable reaching out to CXOs, founders, and HR leaders. You must enjoy digging up information and being in touch with a lot of people.

Experience Required

You'll have done Sales, Business Development or Presales for 1 - 5 years

Experience of working for recruitment or staffing firm will be a plus. but services sales experience will work.

Skills and Attributer :

- Excellent communicator - able to deal effectively with people at all levels

- Methodical, organized and excellent attention to detail.

- High level of energy, creativity and initiative-taking.

- Professional, tactful and able to engage with people at all levels.

- Keen to work in a fast-paced, dynamic client services environment.

- Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality.
