Inside Sales Specialist - IT (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Generation : Proactively reach out to potential customers through email campaigns, or online communication tools to generate leads and qualify prospects.

2. Effectively communicate the value proposition of The Ksquare Group to prospective customers.

3. Maintain accurate prospect records, lead and update the Salesforce CRM system accordingly.

4. Develop a deep understanding of the company services offerings, benefits, and competitive advantages.

5. Sales Process Management : Follow the defined sales process and utilize sales tools to manage leads, track opportunities. Collaborate with Sales leaders, cross-functional teams, practice heads and marketing.

6. Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company. Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.

7. Sales Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to provide insights to the sales management team. Present sales data, performance metrics, and key findings in team meetings or to the management as required.

Skills and Qualifications :

1. Proven experience in inside sales or tele sales for IT service providers.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers over the email, phone and online platforms.

3. Customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand customer needs.

- Goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.

4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data.

5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple prospects and sales activities simultaneously.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

7. Resilience and persistence to overcome objections and handle rejection.

8. Basic knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.

9. Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
