Designation : Inside sales specialist
Years of experience : 0-5 Years
Work timing : 9 AM - 7 PM (WFO)
Working Days : 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
Location : Bangalore (HSR Layout, Sector-1)
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
- Effectively present and articulate product/service features and their associated benefits.
- Identify and understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records are maintained in the CRM system.
- Meet individual sales targets while actively contributing to team objectives.
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset in this target-driven role.
Skills required :
- 0 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively engage with customers.
- Possess a sales and target-driven mindset, coupled with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in working with CRM software and sales tools.
