Leading Logistic company requires Inside sales specialist ( SASS) -Mumbai( WFH)


One of our client a leading logistic set up Incorporated in 2010, it s is a trusted global IT solutions partner for several Fortune 500 companies worldwide, offering a comprehensive suite of IT solutions for the Logistics Industry. With in-depth domain knowledge and technical expertise, It has created a suite of comprehensive IT enterprise systems and Cargo Community Platforms, which offer a single electronic window capable of supporting operational flows, percolating data to various stakeholders and facilitating the paperless exchange of trade-related information between stakeholders.

Its Logistics Solutions- logistics software, community and enterprise solutions cater to a wide network of Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and help strengthen and improve their operational and business capabilities.

We are looking for Inside sales specialist (SAAS) for our client India offices in Mumbai, will be WFH under current situation.

Skills:

- Strong verbal communication skills

- High level of accountability and ownership, with a sense of urgency and a positive, winning attitude.

- The ideal candidate will be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and he or she will enjoy setting benchmarks.

Experience: 2-8years in inside sales

Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Generate qualified opportunities through phone calls/cold calls, emails, internet research, etc. by sending relevant information and generating business.

- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities from marketing-generated leads, Inbound outbound calling and emailing.

- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets

- Generate MIS reports, dashboards and create, maintain the database (CRM) for future reference and use.

- Technically savvy with a thorough understanding of related technology.

- Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, Email communications.

- Maintain control of a conversation, objection handling, and qualify an opportunity

- Passionately and clearly articulate value/benefit to the prospective audience

- Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends, analyse and use the same for targeting potential prospects

- Create and maintain a database for future reference and use.

Other Details :

Candidate Profile :

- Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate with clients.

- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines with a strong desire to help improve internal processes beyond just your day-to-day tasks

- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing teams.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable
